HISTORY
The Lewis and Clark Hotel was built in 1927. The hotel was the largest and most luxurious hotel between Seattle and Portland.
The Lewis and Clark was converted from a 110 room hotel to a 53 unit senior living apartment complex.
In 1999 the Brumfield family purchased the Lewis and Clark. The Brumfields have gone to great lengths to restore the building to its former glory.

Lobby
The lobby is a masterpiece of unique one of a kind architecture. Complete with Terrazzo floors. But the lobby can only be rented with the rental of one of the other main rooms.
